1. You are invited to submit your property for listing in our Locations Directory. If your property is accepted for the directory, and a party expresses an interest in your property, we will provide that party with your contact information. We will also notify you by email when we do.
2. Your participation is voluntary.
3. We (the Alameda Film Commission and the Alameda Film Liaison Office, Development Services Department, City of Alameda) reserve the sole discretion whether to accept or deny your property for listing.
4. Property (the real estate including land, buildings and other improvements) must be within the city limits of the City of Alameda.
5. You may submit photographs of your property. We may use the photographs that you provide in the directory, or we may arrange for additional photographs to be taken.
6. A representative from the Alameda Film Commission may schedule an appointment to photograph your property for use in the directory and on the Website. Such photos remain the property of the City of Alameda.
7. You acknowledge that are the legal owner of all rights to the photographs (including digital images) that you provide to us, or are authorized by the legal owner of such photographs to execute this release. You further acknowledge that you are voluntarily submitting such photographs for use in the film location directory and internet site.
8. You hereby give the City of Alameda, its successors and assigns, and those acting under its authority including employees, agents and contractors, permission to copy and/or publish in any manner photographs of my property, real and personal, and yourself if incidentally shown in such photographs, with or without using my name. You further understand and consent to the use of the address of the property depicted in the photographs and any other editorial matter which, in your judgment, should accompany the photographs or images derived from the photographs.
9. You hereby waive any right to inspect or to approve the photographs or editorial matter which may be used in conjunction therewith, and further waive any claim that you may have with respect to the eventual use to which the photographs may be applied.
10. You hereby agree to release the City of Alameda, its agents, employees and officer from any liability that is a consequence of this posting and agree to indemnify the City for damages that may result from any tortious actions attributable to this posting.
